Geography for BPSC Pre exam

Almost 18 to 22 questions are being asked from geography in BPSC Pre Exam. Geography can be mainly divided into three parts viz; Physical geography, Indian geography and world geography. Geography of Bihar is also included in BPSC Pre Exam syllabus and in recent years many questions are being asked from geography of Bihar.

Here it is very important to mention that world geography is a part of BPSC Pre exam only and not a part of BPSC Mains exam. Hence world geography is not to be studied for BPSC Mains Exam. First of all, you must understand the fact that preparation of bpsc exam is integrated in nature and separate geography books for bpsc pre-exam and bpsc mains exam can’t be suggested. BPSC pre-exam is objective in nature and factual questions are being asked. Notes of Geography for BPSC Pre exam

Whenever you revise any book, then just emphasize on underlined facts. Preparation of notes out of books for the purpose of bpsc pre-exam is mere wastage of time.
