1. No Cancellation After Purchase 

  • Once a course, test series, or subscription is purchased, cancellation is not allowed
  • Access to digital content starts immediately after payment
  • Hence, requests for cancellation will not be accepted

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on BPSC Pathshala are non-refundable, including: 

  • Online courses
  • Test series
  • Mock tests
  • PDF notes
  • Combo or discounted packages

Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as: 

  • Change of mind
  • Lack of time
  • Exam postponement or cancellation
  • Dissatisfaction after accessing content
  • Internet or device issues

3. Exceptional Cases 

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as: 

  • Duplicate payment made for the same product
  • Technical error where access is not provided despite payment

Such cases will be reviewed individually, and the decision of BPSC Pathshala shall be final. 

4. Payment Gateway Issues 

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
  • If money is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the bank or gateway within 5–10 working days
  • BPSC Pathshala is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers

5. Course Access Issues 

If you face any problem such as: 

  • Course not visible after payment
  • Test series not activated
  • Login or access errors

6. Account Suspension or Misuse 

No refund will be issued if access is terminated due to: 

  • Account sharing
  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Unauthorized use or piracy

7. Price Changes

  • No refund will be provided for price differences after purchase
