  • Build Skilled Human Resources and Adopt Emerging Technologies: Continuous training in GIS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Remote Sensing and data analytics should be provided to officials involved in infrastructure planning. Wider adoption of digital technologies can improve project monitoring, logistics efficiency and evidence-based governance.
